No Surprises In Either Direction
First month at signing
No deposit and no build fee — $0 down means exactly that. What you pay when you sign is your first month, and it is what puts your build in the queue.
Then the first of the month
Your second invoice lands on the 1st of the following month and is the one you set to auto-pay. Everyone is billed the same day after that, automatically — you will not get a payment reminder from me because you will not need one.
Seven days’ grace
Your first invoice is due within seven days. After that, if an automatic payment fails you get a week, and a text from me, before a $25 late fee applies. Nine times out of ten it is an expired card.
Cancel after twelve months
Any time after the first year, just tell me. Your plan runs out the month you have already paid for and then stops — no notice period, no exit fee, no phone call designed to talk you out of it.
Still Deciding? Let Me Build Your Homepage First
Rather than send you a PDF, I’ll rebuild your homepage using your own photos and reviews and send you the link. Takes me a day, costs you nothing, and you see the real thing instead of a promise. If you don’t like it, keep the link.
