Privacy Policy
1. Introduction
1.1 This website is operated by Vesper Computing LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Wyoming and trading as Greyhound Designs (“we”, “us”, “our”).
1.2 This policy sets out the personal information we collect through this website and in the course of providing our services, the purposes for which we use it, the processors we engage, the periods for which we retain it, and the rights available to you.
1.3 We do not sell personal information, we do not share it for advertising purposes, and we do not operate analytics or advertising tracking on this website.
2. Information collected from website visitors
2.1 We do not collect information identifying visitors to this website. No analytics software is installed and no tracking cookies are set.
2.2 Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, maintains standard server logs, which include IP addresses, for security and service availability purposes. That processing is carried out under Cloudflare’s own policies. We do not use those logs for marketing.
2.3 This website loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Consequently, your browser makes a request to Google and Google receives your IP address when a page is loaded.
3. Cookies and local storage
3.1 This website does not set cookies.
3.2 Two display preferences are stored on your own device
using browser localStorage: the light or dark theme you have selected, and the
FAQ category last viewed. These values remain on your device, are not transmitted to us, are
not used to identify you, and are removed when you clear your browser data.
4. Information collected through the contact form
4.1 The contact form collects your name, email address, an optional telephone number, your message, and the page from which the form was submitted.
4.2 Submissions are delivered to us by email. This website operates no database and no submission is stored on the website itself.
4.3 We use this information to respond to your inquiry and to correspond with you about the services you have asked about, and for no other purpose.
5. Information collected from clients
5.1 Where you engage us, we collect and hold the following:
- Business information and content — the business details, text, photographs, logos and service information supplied for the purpose of building the website. Part of this is collected through an onboarding form hosted on Google Forms.
- Billing information — processed by Stripe, which collects card and billing address details. We do not receive or store full card numbers. We receive your name, business name, email address, billing address and payment history.
- Website performance data — Google Analytics and Google Search Console are installed on the website we build for you. That data concerns your visitors and belongs to you.
- Call records — where the call tracking service is taken, a tracking number provided through Twilio forwards to your telephone line. We hold the resulting call log, comprising number, time and duration. Calls are not recorded.

7. Retention
7.1 Contact inquiries are retained in our email records for the duration of the correspondence and are deleted on request at any time.
7.2 Client content and files are retained for the duration of the engagement and are then archived for twelve (12) months, during which an export may be requested. The archive is deleted at the end of that period. This period is recorded in the client agreement and is not varied by this page.
7.3 Billing and transaction records are retained for as long as applicable tax and accounting law requires.
8. Your rights
8.1 You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, request its correction, or request its deletion, by writing to the address in clause 11. No form is required.
8.2 Where you are a client, your domain name, your content and all inquiry, contact, call and form data generated through your website remain your property at all times and are released to you on request in every circumstance, as recorded in our Terms.
8.3 We send marketing correspondence only in relation to services you have inquired about or an account you hold with us. Every marketing email contains an operative unsubscribe facility, which we honor.
9. Children
9.1 Our services are provided to businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from any person under the age of 16.
10. Security
10.1 All pages are served over HTTPS. Payment details are not processed or stored on our systems. Access to client accounts is restricted to personnel requiring it for the provision of the services.
11. Amendments and contact
11.1 We may amend this policy from time to time. The date at the head of this page records the date of the current version. Amendments materially affecting existing clients will be notified by email.
